Agreement for Usage of CalcForge
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CalcForge, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Intellectual Property
The codebase, design elements, and brand identity of CalcForge are the intellectual property of the site owners. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of the tool algorithms is strictly prohibited.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CalcForge or its owners be liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or the information provided by the tools.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the owner resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
